Download version (as per issue pkgconf/pkgconf#232) was heavily outdated and pointed to release 1.0.1 Updated the version to latest as of Dec 2025. Alternatively, if the maintainers can't be bothered to constantly bump the version, one could point to GitHub releases (and publish releases there, along with the tags). Or even having a "master" link that always downloads the latest available version.

Updated the version to latest as of Dec 2025. Alternatively, if the maintainers can't be bothered to constantly bump the version, one could point to GitHub releases (and publish releases there, along with the tags). Or even having a "master" link that always downloads the latest available version.
